NEWARK — One chairman was killed when shots rang out outward a Rutgers-Newark late Sunday night, authorities confirmed.

Katherine Carter, a mouthpiece for a Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, reliable detectives were questioning a carnage nearby a intersection of Central Avenue and Halsey Street around 10 p.m.
