Stacy Jo Carter was located in Allensville and taken into control Tuesday morning by Kentucky State Police Post 2 after a Russellville Police Department had asked a open for their assistance in anticipating him.
Carter was a categorical think in a home advance that occurred on Saturday, Jul 1.
Before he was arrested, a Russellville Police Department asked for a public’s assistance in anticipating Carter, though also warned that he was to be deliberate armed and dangerous. The RPD asked for information about Carter’s whereabouts, though educated a open not to proceed Carter.
