Dating 101: ‘Finding Carter”s Taylor Needs Some Tips, And We’ve Got Her …

August 8, 2014 - Finding Carter

Dear, sweet, trusting Taylor. Up until a final integrate of “Finding Carter” episodes, Carter’s twin walked among a “never been kissed” population. Now, she’s left from meek to minx interjection to a small doctrine from Ofe and a darkened closet. But there’s some-more to be schooled when it comes to traffic with a conflicting sex — a lot more. Such as:

When a man asks we on a date, DON’T offer to move his aged vanquish along.

Poor, genuine Taylor. When her longtime vanquish Gabe asked her on a date (he clearly couldn’t get their hot-n-heavy makeout sesh out of his head!), she questioned, “You and me, like, a date? But [do] we wish me to move Carter? You like Carter.” No, no, a thousand times no! Gabe, in all his flowing-hair glory, likes you. Take a date and run with it, gurl. Oh, and don’t contend he’s crazy for seeking we out, either. *face palm*

DON’T ask your vanquish accede to go on a date with a opposite guy.

Ouch. When Tay was out visiting her stream vanquish Max during his “Quik N Easy” place of employment, she straight-up asked him if she should go on a date with Gabe. (What?!) “I unequivocally consider we should go, ’cause Gabe’s a good catch. He’s a jock and unequivocally popular,” Max said. (WHAT?!?) Note that this comes only a few days after Taylor and Max left their “Seven Four Minutes in Heaven” for a PG-13 frisk in a bedroom.

DON’T entice your date over to your residence when your vanquish is a family crony (and could cocktail in unexpectedly).

Awkward run-in warning with a lurch of cringe! When Gabe arrived to collect adult Taylor, Max also arrived…for a bro play date with a favorite voice of reason, Grant.

DON’T wait around for a man to content you.

Especially if he saw we going on a date with a man who could star in a Pantene hair commercial. Sometimes ya gotta give a man (*cough* Max *cough*) an in. so he knows you’re interested.

DON’T kick around a bush; only be honest!

When Taylor approached Max during work to hold her innermost feelings, she chose to chaff about peanuts rather than acknowledge that she chose him over Gabe. In turn, they were utterly angrily interrupted by Lori, Carter’s kidnapper-slash-mom. Just separate it out subsequent time, Tay!

DON’T take dating recommendation from regretful guru Carter.

The number-one dating DON’T takeaway for Taylor? Don’t let your twin sister Carter be your beam in affairs of a heart. Homegirl is concerned with a youthful derelict — ’nuff said.
